CBD oil is used as a wellness product, and is a natural component of the cannabis sativa plant. Absorbed through the stomach and digestive system. Use after a meal and swallow the capsule with a large glass of water. Store in a dark and preferably cool place, avoid storing in hot and direct sunlight.

Start out gently with 1 gel capsule twice daily the first week. There are too many dosages at the level that covers many needs at one to two capsules per dose, with 10mg CBD in each capsule and most require between 5 to 50mg per dose individually, so always start with as little as possible dose, and give your body and mind plenty of time between adjusting the dosage.

If you already know that you are very sensitive, we recommend that you start with a milder product, where you can dose less than 10mg per dose.

Each capsule contains 10mg CBD + CBDa, as well as smaller concentrations of other cannabinoids, the best known of which are CBC, CBG, CBN and THC levels most often range between unmeasurable and up to 0,05%.
